Rating by category:
F&B was just right in terms of both quality and price. The room had all I needed including free wi-fi. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location - an easy stroll to the convention center - near perfect.
Roas noise from interstate
Some of the staff was very helpful when we accidentally left something in the room and called back for it several days later. The shuttle to Universal parks and the staffed Universal counter was helpful.
Housekeeping was not thorough; the room was not completely clean throughout our stay. The beds were made is the best I can say.
Stayed before. Location and convenience and security. Good to see that the rooms have been refurbished recently.
The Key Cards need to be improved. Had to go back to front desk for new key cards. Still had a problem with the new key cards.
Booked.net put us in a hotel that was being renovated but moved quickly to fix the mistake when we called. The woman helping us did an excellent job, stayed with us until she found us a hotel in the location we wanted, and gave us an excellent value in the Rosen Inn. We were very happy with the whole experience and will use Booked.net again. The Rosen Inn was an excellent hotel, the rooms were large, clean and well appointed and the customer service was exceptional. Many thanks for a very good hotel.
great location and a great price for a good basic hotel room
Hotel was very clean and rooms were serviced every day.Staff were freindly
Rooms are a bit dated. Wall socketswere worn ,they would not grip plugs, either would sockets in lamp bases.. If you knocked against the table ,the table lamp would flicker as if there was a loose connection. Could not access the free wi-fi, the help desk could not help and told me to try later.I did manage to get it by chance on the last nightfor about half an hour. I had no trouble getting access on other sites away from the hotel.
The staff we met were friendly and helpful and the rooms were well maintained. There was always a member of security noticeable around the complex.
Internet is very hard to access on your own device and you have to pay to use the hotel computer which most hotels supply for free and much as I think we should forget about the internet while on holidays it is handy for researching car rental and local shops, restaurants and amenities .
Good value, close to airport and RV pick up, lots of choice of restaurants nearby, pool for children, Debbie in restaurant at breakfast was very friendly.
No milk or spoons or tea.
Good Value & Good Position for all Parks & Shops etc.
The price was reasonable and it was within walking distance of the Convention Center.
That is was not a single bulding hotel so all of the rooms opened up to the outside and people walking by could look in the room.
Price, convenient to convention center
Internet inadequate, rarely worked, weak signal except in lobby
I liked the price - I paid 89$/day.
I do not like the fact that there are several buildings that are part of the inn, but they are not connected with each other. So to get to your room you need to get out from the reception desk an have a walk. I also did not like the fact that the room was facing the pool - I was really wondering if somebody is monitoring this side as the door is accessible from the street.
Centrally situated, near shops and restaaurants especially when one of my party is partially disabled and staff were very helpful when I was quering the rooms situation with regard to the rest of the hotel for easy access. I definitely would recommend the shop on the premises which was very helpful for sundries. We had a great night in the bar the night before we left, music and song fantastic! We booked our trip to Seaworld from the hotel which was great. I would definitely recommend for centrally situated and on a budget.
I am sorry to say that the booking we made for Magic Kingdom Disney, ( especially when one of my party was disabled), at the desk in the lobby was a total disaster and it ruined our trip to Disney It was a promotion for which we did not know the protocol, and wasted a lot of our time as we only had that day left in Orlando. It left a nasty taste in our mouths and ruined things for my disabled cousin as he did not know what was going on. I suggest that your people should be more aware of these kind of situations as it gives a bad image of your hotel to foreign visitors.
